This item P74 is an assessment resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, authorizing and adopting non-advalorum special assessments within the county limits for the purpose of benefiting assessed properties through enhanced Medicaid payments for local services, finding and determining that certain real properties specifically benefited by the assessment, collecting the assessments against the real property, establishing a public hearing to consider imposition of the Proposed assessments and the method of collection, authorizing

    and directing the publication of notices in connection therewith, providing with certain authority, other authorizations and delegations of authority as necessary, and providing for an effective date.
