No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

The following item is PC2, PDD 217532. This is a special exception for Palm River Dairy Inc. As I understand it, there are folks at the kiosk and I would like to verify with Mr. Zodian that that's the case, in which case this will be removed from the consent.

Ed Zodian

All right. This is the kiosk and yes there are two folks here to speak.

Denise

Thank you. So that will be a little bit more than a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little

Charles GreyChair

That's PC two.

Denise

That's correct. Following item is PC3. That's PDD 217533. It's a zoning amendment in the name of Creighton Boyette and overpass MPUD Master Plan Unit Development, Creighton Companies LLC and others. A rezoning request from an AR Agricultural Residential District and an MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to an MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow. development of a maximum of 20,000 square feet of non-residential uses on approximately

4.95 acres. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions as included in your agenda packet.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. Is is there anyone present to speak on this one?

Denise

Can you check and see if there's anyone present to speak? I believe I believe the answer is no, but please double check at the kiosk.

Ed Zodian

No one is here to speak on that matter.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, let's go to the next one.

Denise

And the applicant is virtually present on that one as well. Following item is PC four. This is the Companion Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment on the item, PDD twenty-one zero three six zero, C Pass twenty oh one, Creighton Boyette, and overpass commercial small scale. Comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and sheet 14 from REST 3 residential three dwelling units for Gross Acre to COM Commercial on approximately 4.906 acres located at the southeast corner of Boyette Road

and Overpass Road on this item. You're sitting as a local planning agency. And we're asking you to find this consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles GreyChair

All right. Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present.

Charles GreyChair

Is there anyone here to object?

Denise

There is no one here to object.

Charles GreyChair

Alright.

If the applicant doesn't want to speak then we'll uh Move under to the next one.

Denise

Next one is PC6, PDD 210254. This is a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment, C Pass 2005 in the name of Orange State Grove. Small scale comp plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and sheet 21 from res 3 residential three dwelling units per gross acre to res 9 residential 9 dwelling units per gross acre on approximately 2.32 acres of property to allow for Eleven. north of County Line Road, providing for severability and effective date. This is on this item, you're sitting as a local planning agency, and we're asking that you find it consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. Is the applicant president?

Denise

On this item, I do not see the applicant virtually present on WebEx.

Charles GreyChair

Is there anyone here to object?

Denise

We do not have anyone here to object on that item.

Charles GreyChair

Okay.

Uh the next one?

Denise

The following one is PC seven. This is a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment. C PAL 2103 Causeway, providing for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and sheet 12, changing from COM commercial to PD plan development on approximately 35 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Roach's Run in Land O' Lakes Boulevard, and a text amendment creating sub-area policy. Flu 7.1.58 Causeway PD and a map amendment to

the future land use map 2-9, adding sub-area map 2-958 causeway. Um, this one again, you're also sitting as the local planning agency on this item. There is a correction on your agenda memo on this that basically states that uh there shall be a minimum of six acres of non-residential land uses along. US 41, I believe your agenda memo states there shall be a minimum of 5.7 acres. So there's a correction to that item on there. And uh again, you're

sitting as the local planning agency on this one, and we're asking that you find it consistent with the actually I've been told that it's the opposite way that your your agenda memo says a minimum of six acres and it should be 5.7 acres. I apologize. Um you're we're asking that you find it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

The applicant is virtually present.

Charles GreyChair

Anyone here to speak?

Denise

We have no one to speak on the item.

Charles GreyChair

Okay.

Denise

The following item PC eight, I believe, will also be removed from consent. Um, and I'm let me check with uh Mr. Zodiaan that there's some folks to speak on that item at the kiosk.

Ed Zodian

Okay.

Denise

Would you let us know, Ed, please?

Ed Zodian

If that's the uh C PAL twenty eleven, there is no one here now to speak. They They can sell it.

Denise

Okay, all right, thank you so much. So I will read that into record and it will stay on consent. PDD 210328. This is a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment. CPAL 2011 for Wesley Chapel Lakes, providing for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map 2-15 and Sheet 22, changing from Res 3, residential three dwelling units per gross acre, and ROR, retail office. Residential to PD plan development on approximately 303 acres of property and a text amendment creating

sub-area policy. Flu 7.1.56 Wesley Chapel Lakes and a MAP amendment to the future land use map 2-9, adding sub-area map 2-956 Wesley Chapel Lakes. And uh on this one, you're also sitting as a local planning agency. So we're asking that you find it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present.

Charles GreyChair

Do they wish to speak?

They wish to speak.

Denise

Are you asking the applicant if the applicant wishes to speak? So I think the applicant, let's see, we can unmute their the applicant's microphone so the applicant can tell us.

Clerk

Mrs. Barbara Wilhite. No, we don't have anything further to add.

Denise

Okay.

And that's the that should end your consent agenda with PC two having been removed.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Just for confirmation, did you do PC five?

Charles GreyChair

Yeah, I was thinking of missing.

Denise

Okay, well, thank you very much for letting me know. I skipped PC five. So we're gonna go to PC five. I apologize.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Thank you.

Denise

So PC five is PDD 210361. It's a small scale comprehensive plan amendment. CPAT 2006, Shady Hills, and Helen K Drive. It's a small scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps two-15 and sheet oh sheet five from what res one residential one dwelling unit. For Gross Acre to Com Commercial on approximately four acres of property located on the east northeast corner of Shady Hills Road and Helen Kay Drive. And on this item, again, you're sitting as a local planning agency and

we're asking that you um find it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners. And now it does end your consent agenda. Thank you.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. Pfive, so is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present. Ms. Will Hight is the applicant on that item.

Charles GreyChair

Anyone is anyone else here?

Denise

We don't have anyone to object. An objection.

Charles GreyChair

Jamie, do you have a question? Um

Christopher Poole

Mr. Chairman I clarify one thing on PC six on the agenda memo. So that's a request to go to Res9, but the proposed use, future use is light industrial. Is that a Error in the agenda memo.

Denise

That is certainly an error in the agenda memo. I know this area very, very well. This is just to add a few lots to the Orange State Grove MPUD. So certainly we will let the planner know that there is an error on the agenda memo.

Christopher Poole

Just want to make sure you got that before it got to the in front of the commissioner. So okay.

Denise

Thank you for letting us all, Mr. Chairman Mariano.

Charles GreyChair

So do do we need to change that now? Even

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Um yeah, I mean I think you could make the recommendation well If staff knows what to correct, I don't think you need to say do anything. If you're right. The actual request is to go to res nine. So i if that's what you're approving, I don't think you Need to fix the addition. Staff can do that.

Charles GreyChair

Just leave it on consent then.

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Okay.

Charles GreyChair

Alright. So uh If we have a motion to approve consent agenda as submitted, as changed.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Yes Jamie Gerardi, I make a motion to approve the consent agenda. It's PC three, four, five, six, seven, and eight. With the noted correction of the acreage on PC seven.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. We have a motion uh to approve. I'll second that one, Peter Hansel. We have an and we have a second. Any further discussion of the motion?

All in favor of the motion is taken five by roll call.

Clerk

Jimmy Droordy? Uh Sonny Anderson?

Charles GreyChair

Aye.

Clerk

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Unidentified speakerVoice B
