This is for a reduction in the required minimum lot area from fifteen thousand square feet to fourteen thousand six square feet. Which if approved would allow the applicant to apply for rezoning to C two General Commercial District on a parcel that that is less than fifteen thousand square feet in lot area. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions from the planning

and development department as can as contained in your agenda packet.
