I know we're working with Swift MUD in our plan. Uh and I several times I've asked about we're waiting for boring tests to be done to find out what could be done with the soils up and around and Mike if you want to talk about where we stand with that situation. There is some arsenic in in some of the soils, a lot of the soils actually. But when we get into construction, what we'll what we'll typically do is we will legally dispose of the contaminated soils. Additional soil that comes out that's needed to balance the soil. site. Uh you know, we're we're working with parks on a few things there, so that would be the next priority, followed by um, you know, possibly

37:11doing an additive alternate or a bid item to where we could uh pay the contract or have the contractor pay us to to handle the soil, sell it, do something like that to help offset the costs to those citizens when we come back. So those are the things that we typically look for in a lot of jobs, but particularly so in this matter.
