The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

The applicant is virtually present, I believe, Ms. Wilson. Mr. Hardin.
Okay. Is anyone here to object to the continuance?
Okay. Does you have gonna have any comment?
We do also have Mr. Foley on on the phone to uh I'm sorry, on WebEx also.
Okay.
Mr. Foley is i is public comment, not sure whether objector or not. Just wanted to mention that.
That's correct.
All right. So is
Ms. Bullhide in agreement with the continuance?
Can we unmute Ms. Wilhite or Mr. Hardin might want to come up and speak?
Hi, so my dad has called it.
Okay. So um
Uh is uh if there's somebody online, let's just check and see if they're one of the things.
Can we unmute Mr Mr. Fuller?
Comment not on the on the project, on the continuance.
So to be clear, Mr. Chair, if you're continuing if staff recommending to continuous to a date uncertain and the applicant's in agreement with that continuance, you don't have to take any public comment at all. Okay. I mean it was noticed as a continuance to a date uncertain. If everybody's in agreement on it, it's gonna have to be renoticed anyway, so Um there's really no point to taking any public comment. Okay. There'd only be a point if the applicant was not in agreement with the continuance. Okay. But it sounds like they are.
Okay.
Thank you.
So uh PC four, do we have a motion to continue?
We'll make a motion to continue to date uncertain.
Second. Have a motion and a second. Uh any further discussion? All in favor of the motion signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign. All right. Motion carries.
