A Resolution Of The Board Of County Commissioners Of Pasco County, Florida Supplementing Resolution No. 17-239 Adopted On August 29, 2017; Authorizing The Issuance Of Not To Exceed $18,000,000 Pasco County, Florida Tourist Development Tax Refunding Revenue Bond, Series 2021 (Taxable) To Refinance The County’s Outstanding Tourist Development Tax Revenue Bond (Tourism Projects), Series 2017 (Taxable) And To Pay Associated Transactional Costs; Providing For Covenants With Respect To The Bondholder; Providing That Such Bond Shall Be A Limited Obligation Of The County Payable Solely From And Secured By A Lien Upon And A Pledge Of The Pledged Funds; Providing A Backup Covenant To Budget And Appropriate Legally Available Non-Ad Valorem Revenues Of The County As Additional Security For Such Bond; Providing Certain Other Matters In Connection Therewith; And Providing For An Effective Date.
