No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Mr. Chairman Mari Hobby Hobby and Hobby PA one oh nine North Brush Street Tampa Florida have been sworn. Happy to answer any questions you might have. Before I do though, Rich. Uh, just to ru the board might not remember, you already voted on this same matter a month ago. Because of the private property rights uh amendment that you just approved, uh DEO required us to consolidate this hearing. and approve it with their package again. So the Planning Commission as the

LPA already voted to approve this a month ago. But go I'm happy to answer any questions.

School District Representative

Yeah. It's more I guess for pl county staff too. It's just it looks like just as far as stripping that area out, is there going to be access roads in the back or something like that to prevent that from stripping out and all the cars going on to fifty four?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

So the site is part of the windfields MPUD right now and it already is approved for m uh mini storage. So it's gonna be at the intersection of Winfields Boulevard and fifty-four. So it'll be at a basically a node. there. So yeah, it'll have, you know, there'll be other access roads to the south, but this is intended to be just standalone. And so the the big victory here is when we get you're gonna see the rezoning in a few months and we've

agreed to a what's going to be a five year uh provision and a deed restriction that would prohibit it from being mini storage. So we'll hopefully get more jobs and better retail uses for ourselves. Thank you. Okay. You're welcome. Thank you.

GreyChair

Thank you, Clark. Okay, if if uh nothing further on that. Uh No I'll move approval if there aren't any other questions.

GirardiVice Chair
