P sixty is an ordinance amending Chapter 90 of the Pasco County Code of Ordinances, Article 2, Solid Waste Collection and Disposal, Section 9048, providing for repeal or providing for separability, providing for applicability, providing for inclusion in code, providing an effective date. Um this is the same. Next slide, please. ordinance amendment that was pr introduced two weeks ago and then and that would be to remove the commercial collection ceiling. Uh next slide please. And again this would kind of bring us up to the industry standard
with the surrounding Foot Florida counties creating an open market for solid waste collection. Next slide, please. Uh staff recommends to accept public comment. Adopt the proposed ordinance by roll call vote. Authorize the Chairman to execute the ordinance amendment and direct board records to retain the original and file an electronic copy of the ordinance with the Florida Department of State within ten days after the adoption of the ordinance.
