This comes to you with approval with conditions with a correction to condition of approval number 70, which should read for the expiration date instead of December 31st, 2021. Expiration, I'm sorry, 2031, the expiration date is des um October 23rd, 2033, and

that has to do with the build-out date. So the recommendation is to approve the item with conditions, with that correction to condition number 70.
