K and M Pasco 130 Holdings L L C
Here's the location as I previously mentioned just west of Suncoach Parkway. Scenario, as you can see, the the mining operation.
And the condition of use application as I mentioned earlier.
Just to paraphrase, basically they're uh I'm modifying their excavation of approximately two million six hundred and forty-two thousand three hundred and fifty-eight cubic yards of sand with an additional one million fifty-two thousand four hundred ninety-two cubic yards of sand. Outside original pit area for a total of three million six hundred ninety-four thousand eight hundred fifty cubic yards of sand, in addition to the previously approved one million eight hundred ninety-six thousand seven hundred and nineteen cubic yards of limerock limestone. They expanded the
limits of the mining from one hundred foot From the east and south property line. Uh the Lime Rock uh mining and sorting operation will remain the same as previously permitted, so no change there. The site plan have been updated to reflect as I four mentioned. And Also the duration and the operation Have remained the same. No change there. And here's the surrounding zoning areas.
Future land use, was that previously mentioned? Here's a site plan, a minute site plan as I I mentioned earlier, showing the uh expansion, and there will be a berm. And also landscaping associated with the improvements.
And we recommend approval conditions as set forth in your packet. Any questions? I'm here to answer any. Also the applicant's representative. Um and their um client is also here too.
Okay.
Thank you. All right.
Mr. Hope?
Clark Hobby, uh Hobby and Hobby PA 109 North Brest Street, Tampa, Florida. I've been sworn. I'm gonna be very brief. I believe the One person who spoke at Planning Commission is not here today to speak against project. We have a couple of our neighbors who are, I think, mostly in listening mode. Um we are expanding the mine footprint, but we're building a large berm uh on the south boundary. It's eight feet tall with landscape. and seating on there that will be an effective buffer. We
have a noise expert who's submitted two reports. Uh to the board and to the Planning Commission and who's online who will testify that we will meet all the noise requirements of the code. We've been operating since um I think it's been 10 or 12 years now and never have had a complaint. And I think we've been a good neighbor. Uh we've been for free grading the dirt roads south of the site that we do not use, that are about a half mile long, and there are four of them, and we've been doing that for
the better part of the last three, four, or five years, somewhere in that range. And so that's why I think you see none of our most adjacent neighbors are here complaining. So happy to answer any questions. Other than that, I'm just gonna hold the balance of my time in case anyone speaks.
Okay. Is anyone signed up to speak to this time?
No one is signed up and no one on WebEx.
Okay. Is anyone here in the room to uh speak to this item. Seeing no one move approval.
Second.
I got a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. All opposed like so? Motion passed. Five zero.
