Uh basically what we're asking you is just to accept the Scrivener's error um for the Hay Road ordinance that was executed. It was heard back in September and approved, um, but unfortunately the executed document that was signed had the wrong acreage. Um so it's just the acreage that is being amended or
as is. Scribner's error. um being adjusted. All other documents that were heard at that time were the corrected documents. So

This was that item that was along West East Chapel Boulevard, but we're continuing to see all the issues when it comes to traffic, as well as taking, you know, what we said a commercial site, industrial site, moving it to To the apartment. So, you know, I think I was a low NAVO, but uh it wasn't uh I don't, I don't, in my opinion, nothing should ever be on consent. Unless it's a unanimous vote. That's my opinion. So
I I can't support it still.

But You've had a you've had a full and complete hearing on this. It was a public hearing. Everything what that was presented to the board was correct. The document that was given to the clerk's office, which was signed, had the wrong acreage on it. Yeah. It's a scrivener's error. It frankly could have been on consent because it's It's a routine thing. It won't if it was if it was real action, you would have had to add a new public hearing. Yeah.
