No disposition in the minutes
The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Good afternoon, Mr. Chair, Planning Commission members, Denise Hernandez, Planning and Development. Um the first item PC three is PDD 227587. We ask that you could have you pull that from the consent because we do have someone who has signed up to speak on that item.
All right. And that is PC three, did you say?
That's correct.
Okay.
So I'm going to move on to the following item, PC four, PDD 220020. Um on this item you're sitting as the local planning agency. It's a comprehensive plan amendment. Um it is C PAL twenty-one dash twenty-one twenty-five for cross park PD. It's providing for a comprehensive plan text amendment to Sarah Sub-area policy. Flu 7.1.17 cross park PD. I do want to let you know that there's a couple of corrections on that. On page one
of your agenda under project address, that should be at Henley N54. And then under at page two under policy flu 7.1.17, it's actually 10,000 square feet of commercial, of retail and development. And also there is a correction to the number of multifamily units. It's your memo says 240, it's really 280. So those are two corrections that I just wanted to read into record. On that one. So we're fine, we're asking that you find
that one consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
Mr. Chair, can I ask that that be pooled as no questions for state? Yes, absolutely. Thank you.
So that won't be pulled.

We're pulling PC nine? I'm C' Sorry, PC eight.

That is the end of your consent agenda. The following item is a land development code amendment. I believe there's a presentation on that item. So that's the the end of the consent agenda. So that would leave PC five, PC six, PC seven on the consent.
All right. Can I have a motion to approve the consent agenda as amended?
