the discount is $3,579.50.
Uh there were thirteen possible votes. Um seven responded, which is um 54%, and all seven were in favor of the project. Um their mortalization over 10-year period at 3.25% interest rate. Yeah. Maximum cost per ERU is four thousand four hundred and thirty-nine dollars and thirty-four cents. And the discounted amount is ten thousand and sixty-eight dollars and zero eight cents. Maximum call cost per ERU after discount
is three thousand five hundred and seventy. Nine dollars and fifty cents.
