Board members, any questions?
This
is a great project. Um is there anyone here who wishes to speak to P fifty two? No one's signed up for
P fifty two and no one's on WebEx. You can come up to the podium.
Name and address, please.
Good afternoon. I'm Damien Salo. I'm at [address removed]. So I'm in this uh exhibit 10.
So I just basically wanted just to make mention just for the record that As part of the executive summary here, it states correctly that my acreage is 9.99 acres. However on exhibit ten it's saying that I have less than that. So I just want to make sure that if this is approved or what what have you that my you know my boundaries, my property lines are respected. Also My property's not in a flood zone. So If this
does get developed, I just want to make sure that that stays that way. Other than that, I have no other objection, you know, and I hope that this does help bring, you know, opportunities to the community as it's being uh stated.
So So sir, so is Allen and company your surveying company?
No. That's the the company itself or whoever bought the land.
That's who bought the land.
Correct.
Okay.
So I just want to note that in the Pasco County Records, my warranty and deed and my land. It's all documented there as shown I have 9.99 acres. I don't know what type of survey that was performed. Or how it was, you know, performed. Um there's a caveat that it's more or less the acreage that they uh surveyed. But I just wanna make sure that, you know, when development happens, they're not bulldozing on my land.
So you're the out parcel. You're not you're not part of this petition, you're the out parcel.
Yes, correct.
Okay. I got now I understand your concern. Yep.
Do we need to see that exhibit up?
So there was a survey done. that that excludes a seven point seven acre more or less parcel that uh Surveyor did out of Winter Garden, Florida, it appears. Um and what the gentleman is indicating is he's not part of this petition and his warranty deed is um for a larger amount. That's gonna be a boundary dispute between the two two parties.
But but you're out of it. You they can't assess your land and and uh because you're not part of a party to this petition.
Correct. So but I just wanted to state that for the record.
Yeah. The applicant is online. Um you just want to make sure that your total land is recorded correctly.
No, my land is recorded correctly. I don't know.
So I just want to make sure that, you know Uh for the record, I'm stating that, you know, Pasco County Records has my deed And shows that I have nine point nine nine acres. And I just wanna make sure that that's ensured that No one's gonna come onto my property, that's all. Okay.
And the applicant is online.
Perhaps he could address that. Um the individual its name I think is Jennifer Kalinski. If we could
Allow her to say a couple couple words. See.
Okay, so it looks like she's able to speak. If you can go ahead and um begin your comments.
The volume's too low.
No. Still not yet.
Can you hear me better now?
We can hear him.
If we're really quiet in the room, I think we can hear.
Uh I'll try to speak as loud as humanly possible here. Yeah, I this is Jennifer Kalinsky. I am here on behalf of the petitioner P.T. Boyette. I am with the law firm of KE Law Group. And as the gentleman noted, the petition excludes an outparcel that's clearly articulated as 9.99 acres and references the deed that he is also referencing. It's not within the district. Uh the district won't be assessing that property. It's not within the district boundary. That's
the meet and bounds that would be attached to the ordinance. And we're aware that the gentleman's property is not part of the district and will not be impacted by the district's activities.
Okay. So now we'll have
further questions.
Thank you. Is there anyone else wishing to speak to this? I see Terry walking out.
Move approval. Second.
