R61 is a refunding of a six million dollar half cent sales tax loan. The current loan is at a five percent interest rate. We can take care of the take advantage of the interest rates to get the current interest rate of 2.52%. That would save us approximately $650,000 over the term of the loan. The term of the loan was The original loan was to go through 2028. We have not extended the loan, so we are hoping to save up to six hundred fifty thousand dollars with this refunding.
