Yeah, yes, yes, so
Um is for P C seven. I see three.
We've already permitted.
Yeah. Sure.
Is it programming with some of those developers?

Mr. Chairman Mariano Planning and Development, it may be uh best I I uh Mr. Poole, uh you had a question on PC seven, did you just want to ask a question? Maybe we could do that, get that out of the way.
Yeah, and I think I think it's easy enough to answer. So let me caveat my questions by saying that I'm super excited about this project. I think it's w right what we want there. But I did talk to Mr. Hobby about it and I didn't think to ask this question when uh when we spoke about the project when he was introducing it to me. Um, which is Mr. Hobby you'd refer to the uh the left hand queuing lane that's uh turning into the turning into Off of uh fifty two. Right. Into the development. Right. My concern as I looked at it more and kinda studied the project
is is the the distance for stacking for trucks coming off of um seventy five northbound.
Right.
And trying to make that movement across three lanes of traffic to that lane? Right. How how is that gonna be?
Well, I have Steve Henry here and he could probably answer that better than I. I know he's already met with DOT about it and I think they've conditionally approved that. Okay. So
Thank you.
And just clarify, I believe the frying flying J truck stop is right there as well. So you already have some truck traffic coming off there.
Good afternoon. Steve Henry, Linkson Associates, 5023 West Floral, Tampa, 33607. Um as Mr. Hobby had said, we have met with DOT on a numerous occasions on this in working out the geometry, how that's going to work. We're also working with Flying J because they they do have a a median opening within the left turn lane. So we're working with them and geometry to make all that work. Um but we believe that once all the the improvements that we're doing out there that it'll function um actually better than it is today.
Okay. I guess that's still the so how will the trucks coming off a northbound seventy five under fifty two are they still gonna be able to get across there into that lane, coming across three lanes of traffic there?
Sure. I mean the the reality is that uh you know i if there is you know they may have the stop, you know, they so they'll have to wait for the either on red be able to turn or they'll have a green light. And once they have a green light, then they can get across there without any conflict in traffic. So either way, but that they would be able to do that, yes.
Okay. I understand that. It's I guess my concern is that, you know, and understand the truck truck traffic accessing Flying J now, but you know, what's planned back there is all different animal with truck traffic that's that's coming in there. So I'm just concerned about kind of backing up on to 75 and any issues that uh that might be there. So I just wanted to raise the raise the issue.
Sure. And and and DOT is concerned with that too, and that's why we're we're working with them on making sure as far as the queuing. the geometry at that intersection. We're we're proposing to put a signal there at 52 and Pasco Road, making sure that that geometry works and how that all all the queuing works.
Excellent.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right,
great. But so uh by our motion then?
Move a motion to approve uh PC seven. PC seven.
Can I just
clarify that's with a correction to the title?
Oh, seven Sony adun
Yeah I just want to make sure that That's with the direction for staff to correct the title. To add the type of entitlements that were approving.
Which are the industrial.
Yeah, so we'll say one point nine million square feet of industrial development.
Okay, so that being part of the motion and we have a second. Any further discussion on the motion? If not, all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like sign? No, she carries. Okay.
All right.
