Okay, we are now gonna go to the A um the addendum. It's AP 149.
Madam Chairman M in this particular matter there was a discrepancy in the advertisement that uh appeared in the uh Tampa Bay Times on August the tenth where the day was shown as Tuesday, August the twenty fourth, today's date. As a result, staff in consultation with the County Attorney's Office posted the door єстердей на туздей uh in order to provide information that it would be heard at this time.
Okay, thank you very much.
Item AP 149 is PDD 220528. It's an ordinance amending Pasco County Ordinance No. 18-26, expanding the boundaries of the Epperson North Community Development District, pursuant to Chapter 190 of Florida statutes, providing for miscellaneous provisions, providing for an ineffective date. And this is uh comes with a recommendation to approve and adopt the ordinance by roll call vote.
Is that it? Mm-hmm. Okay. Um comment.
Do we need uh a presentation by anyone else, guys?
No. Madam Chairman Mariano. No, I would say on this item and the next item, no. I don't think we know we all know what a C D D is. Okay. And what they're expanding their boundaries. It's not rocket science.
Terry, you may want to explain how 149 and 150 are linked. If you know. So Then I'll do it. 149 and 150 are linked because one of them is expanding the boundaries and the other one is contracting the boundaries. You will end up with basically swapping land. Into a different C D D designation, but the land is all gonna stay in the same C D D and
I'll look at Mr. Lawson to make sure that I'm saying that right. Thank you. And so that's how that's a good idea. All they're doing is taking it out of one C D that they're in control of and putting it in a second C D they're in control of. For their movement.
Okay. So then uh is is there anyone signed up to speak to this?
Yes ma'am. We have uh Dana Crosby Collier.
