All right, we'll leave that on consent. And there's no one on WebEx for that item. Okay. Item P seventy five was published in the Tampay Times on August seventh, twenty twenty two.

Sally Sherman

Well. Item P75, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Consent, CPAL 2214, Central Pasco Employment Village, Proposed Comprehensive Plan Tax Amendment to the Central Pasco Employment Village. Sub-area policy seven one. Point twelve. Recommend the Board of County Commissioners or authorize transmitter of the proposed amendment to the Department of Economic Opportunity

and other reviewing agencies. Again it's on consent.

Okay. Board

StarkeyChair

members any questions on this one?

Moore

I might say something once once it passes. Okay.

StarkeyChair

Yeah. Put a lot of work into this one.

MarianoVice Chair

Any opposition.

StarkeyChair

Oh yeah. Is there anyone uh who would like to speak in opposition to this item? And there's no one on WebEx.

That all worked out.

MarianoVice Chair

Most approved. Second.

StarkeyChair

All in favor? Aye.

MarianoVice Chair

Aye.

StarkeyChair

Wait, that's only consent. Yeah. So did you just say you're not going to be able to do that? Okay. And but you said you wanted

Moore

to. Yeah, I'll wait for after we do the both.

StarkeyChair

Wait till after what?

Moore

After you call the pope.

StarkeyChair

I just did, didn't I? Did I not call it? Okay. All in favor? Aye.

Moore

Aye. Aye.

StarkeyChair

Opposed? Okay. Consent agenda is passed.

Moore

No, so Madam Chair, yeah, I just wanted to state make a statement. Thanks for the team for working on this. This is something I know that was a huge priority for a lot of people to be able to take these caps off the industrial or these industrial caps off. It's so very important too, I wish to see the future when it comes to employment, especially to a a corridor just like that. We'll see more and more industrial come to that area. The last thing we want to do is again put limits and was we

know

there's a lot of horse trading that was constantly having to go on back and forth here and there. Now it gives those landowners the opportunity if they um want to move forward again and and help produce more jobs to the county. They're it it's uh it's a little easier for them to do it now for sure. So thanks for Everybody, I know some other people were very supportive and helped out too, some things for that as well. That's it, that's all I have to say. It's just good for the good for the community.

StarkeyChair

Yep, we got that trail worked out. So

Moore

Commissioner

StarkeyChair

Starkey's happy.

Moore

I I don't I think I heard they pulled that back.

StarkeyChair

I love the connections with the school. And I I know the chair of Tampa Bay Water, so um if there's any issues there, I know who to go to.
