Four dwelling units per gross acre on approximately 13.36 acres, located on the south side of Decubelus Road, approximately 600 feet east of Little Road and Decubelus Road intersection. And

it comes to you with a recommendation. On this item, you're actually sitting as a local planning agency, and we're asking that you find that consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
