Good morning, Madam Chairman, members of the board, Andrew Baxter. Facilities management director. Item C twenty-three has three corrections that need to be applied to it. We have distributed those. One is related to uh the alphanumeric way that uh the compensation was uh worded in one section. And then the two others are basically related to the distribution of the uh agenda item. And so with those corrections, we recommend approval still. Second.
