Well we we really appreciate that. Congratulations to the new commissioners. Um thank you for having us this morning. Uh my name is Joe Marina. District Manager for With Coochie Electric, Twenty First Street in Dade City.

Yeah, With Lacucci is proud to be based in Pasco County, and as you all know, we are not for profit. We're owned by our membership.

Yeah, WithGuji has also supported the communities and we did uh in a big way this year. Um the Education Foundation uh donated over 1.1 million in new equipment. enhance the technology program with Pasco, Hernando and Sisters County Schools. The PHC SC West Campus fundraising was $240,000 for installation of lights on

a sports field. Uh scholarship uh targeted 110 uh 12K scholarships valued at over 1.3 million dollars, estimated about sixty-five in Pasco County potential, uh 780,000 total since the inception. Um one uh one thousand two hundred and eleven scholarships, potentially nine point nine million dollars. Here we go.

We also have a foundation called Rec CARES that helps folks that have experienced uh catastrophic events through no fault of their own. It's kind of the program of last resort in the county. Since that program's inception, we have awarded $2.4 million. We've helped 668 PASCO families. Also you all know that we are involved With bringing mental health capacity to the county. We do more than a regular electric company, as

you can tell. uh working to build housing. Uh thank you, commissioners. Thank you. Administrator Karbala, Kathy, your team? Do great work. We appreciate the partnership. Again, we appreciate the excellent working relationship with the board, administration here. This year with Lakucci is refunding to the membership $22 million

On behalf of our CEO, Mr. Brown, and our Board of Trustees, the County's refund is, Mr. Goody, would you like to announce it?

How you do All those extra things in the community, the investments. I mean, you didn't even talk about Lake Jovita or in one Pasco Center, creating jobs for this whole area, uh constantly working with the folks up at Sunwest when they they come along as well. But everything you've done has really helped Pasco County grow. Because when people can come in and and have low rates like you do, which I don't know how you do it, uh it really makes the community better, stronger, and and can be a very good thing. Committed. So I I I thank you guys for the great job you do from Mr. Brown all the way down the whole team as

Yeah. I'd like to thank you. Uh we have a very good relationship from the board to to WREC and Mr. Brown and and Both of you. We reach out to you when we need to and you reach to us when you need to and We have a good work relationship for that. and can only thank you for all that you do in Pasco County. So I'm your new um As a new building a new home in Pasco County, you are the electric provider for me. So I'm

I can tell you it's been very smooth in working with you even in that capacity. So I I know our citizens are being taken care of very well. Thank you. Commissioner Weightman.

Thank you. Uh Normally at Swift Mud nobody brought us checks, so for first meeting this is this is pretty neat, no. I'd be remiss if I didn't say growing up a co op kid. It's it's What the co op does for its employees and their families here in this county is second to none. And you all provided opportunity for families to to live here, not just here, but Hernando and and Northward. And uh the way that you all support families and and you know, you all go to storms as well

and um do phenomenal work and keeping folks safe. Just thank you all for all you do and um you're certainly not taken for granted. Thank you.

Um I it's it's pretty unusual when you have people say, I love my electric company But but I think you're your members it's like one big family and I just it's it's so interesting to hear people um rave about being part of your your little community. So th and thank you s for all you do for Pasco County and We are grateful that you are giving us this check here today.
