Good afternoon. I'm Jordan Wolf Graham, Senior Assistant County Attorney. This is a public hearing for item P38, an ordinance by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, repealing Chapter 67-1889, Laws of Florida, and section 218-1 of the Pasco County Code of Ordinances. Regulating fees for health department documents and services, providing for ratification of past actions, and providing for an effective date. The repeal of this antiquated special act

and ordinance will allow the county's process for the adoption of the Department of Health fees to be consistent with the process set forth in the Florida statutes 154.06. The ordinance also ratifies the board's previous approval of Resolution nineteen-122. The County Attorney's Office is recommending the board accept public comment on the proposed ordinance and adopt the ordinance by a roll call vote.

Jack MarianoChair

Okay, thank you. Any questions for staff?
