Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (Continuance) – CPAL 22(08)

What the county recorded

No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

staff or application?

Denise

Um I believe that this is actually a staff requested continuance.

GirardiVice Chair

Because I remember the last time there was discussion on continuing this to today, and the applicant expressed her displeasure that we actually wanted to have this in Newport Ritchie and wanted to have a hearing today.

Denise

The applicant is online, um Ms. Willheit, so perhaps she can Speak to that?

GreyChair

As well, height. We have a comment on that.
