Second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. Any opposed? Okay. Thank you. No, that's fifty-four, right? That was fifty-four. We'll go to fifty-five now.

Joel

Well Polly. Fifty-five is

Seth Weightman

going to be immediate. Um go ahead. Yeah, thank you. Thank you, uh Chairman Mariano. This this was pulled again for the same reason just for discussion, uh due to the cul de sac and then having the ability of larger everyday community. commercial vehicles that service residents on the street to be able to turn around without in in in safe measure without tearing up you tearing up roadways or or having to do back downs without spotters and this is something that Kistun and I discussed.

Um and so that's I support I support the project and it was just my concern on on the cul-de-sac and the design to get everyday service vehicles in and out of there safely without causing any any damage.

Joel

Yes, Commissioner Oakley for the record Joel two again for the applicant and I've been sworn. Um this is resolved after Commissioner Weightman brought this to my attention yesterday. I was able to reach this client, uh, which is Mr. Galvin, the other co developer, and Mr. Galvin has agreed to withdraw the deviation request for the cul-de-sac, the hundred and fifty foot cul-de-sac deviation, and he will redesign that project to avoid that cul-de-sac issue. So we we we appreciate that and we're taking care of that.

Seth Weightman

I'm very grateful to Mr. Gallon and you, Mr. Two for that. I was very pleasantly surprised on that and that's that's a a good win for for everybody. So thank you.

Jack MarianoChair

Well and I I want to thank you for bringing that up, Commissioner Weightman, because I was gonna pull it for the same reason. So uh I d I do think it's important that we have those cul-de-sacks instead of having a trash truck or other vehicles gotta put the beepers on at six in the morning, four in the morning, waking everybody up. So thank you for that. Kudos to that and thank you, Joel, for uh going that forward. Uh any other comments?

Move

approved.

We have

to do that.

Is there anyone public comment signed up for item P fifty five?
