I'm here regarding an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners relating to the Pasco County Library System, amending Chapter 58. Library of the Pasco County Code of Ordinances providing for severability, inclusion in the County Code, and an effective date. Uh it the change is to amend Chapter 58, Library of

the Pasco County Code of Ordinances to expand the duties and functions of the Library System Advisory Board to hear appeals of final determination of the reconsideration of library materials consistent with the requirements of the County's reconsideration of library materials policy. The decision on the appeal shall be the county's final decision on this matter.
