Um this is the PVAS. Uh paving assessment, none at Ballarim assessments for the west side only. We had five projects, uh 45 um sorry, 45 streets, 8.47 miles. We sent out um four nine hundred and forty-seven um notification letters and we had four written objections. Um in terms of objections, we got two from Driftwood Village. And um there were Joan Alvez,
uh Noel Rodriguez. We also got two from Trinity Oaks, Thousand Oaks, Maria Boack, and John Hanske. And I'm asking for a motion to receive and file these objections.

And this is by way of summary for both the uh east side and the west side. Um we'll be taking the east side um to the board next month. There will be a total of eight projects, payment assessment project, 53 roads, 9.62 miles. And in terms of the assessment, it's just over $1.322 million. In terms of what we'd be collected during the tax year, it will be $311,952,600. And in total, we um we'll be mailing out some 1,082 uh letters.
Um staff is asking for approval for the West Side tax roll.
