Yeah. Okay. Um all right, so I wanted to pull up just for to we have no one for public comment on it, but P sixty six, Denise?

Denise

We need the advertised uh noise.

Kathryn Starkey

Uh P sixty six was advertised Tampa Bay Times, May twenty fourth, twenty twenty three.

Denise

P66 is PDD 237706, the name of Pittman Adrew V Heritage, TR, Pittman, Massie, Happy Hill, for a change in zoning from an AR agricultural residential district and C2 General Commercial District to a C2 General Commercial District. This does come with a deed a voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction. And this comes here with a recommendation of approval from the Planning and Development Department and the Planning Commission.

Jack MarianoChair

Okay. Any comments for staff?

Kathryn Starkey

Uh well I guess I'm gonna during Commissioner Oakley's I'm gonna talk about this just to make sure. Um so you're familiar with Hyde Park in in downtown Tampa, where there's shops and restaurants and residents. And I don't want us to

have such a broad rush that we don't allow that kind of opportunity here. So um but I I'll I'll approve this but we need to have a discussion and maybe a lawyer speak on how we can keep Lib Local stuff out but not preclude Libworks and things like that. So

Jack MarianoChair

Okay. Commissioner Weightman.

Seth Weightman

She said Did you should I was just confirming I confirmed with Javi about a live local piece, so

Jack MarianoChair

Thank you. Okay. Anyone here from the public would like to address item P sixty six? Anyone on WebX?

Kathryn Starkey

Uh no sir.

Jack MarianoChair

Okay to the board. Move through. Second. And roll call vote.

Kathryn Starkey

District one, Commissioner Oakley. Aye. District two, Commissioner Weightman. District three, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District four, Chairman Mariano Commissioner Bradford.

I know. I'm sorry. All right, District 5 Chairman Mariano.
