No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Mr. Chairman PC six, which is P D D twenty three seven six seven nine, will be pulled from consent.

So we're gonna move on to item PC seven. If it's PDD 24CU01, you're gonna start seeing 24 numbers because after October 1st, if something is heard by the board, it's gotta be a 24 number. So you're gonna start seeing 23 and 24 numbers. So PC7 is PDD24CU01. It's a conditional use. The name of it's the District School Board of Pasco County, Vertex Development, LLC, Verizon Wireless for a 154-foot above-ground level close mount monopole wireless communication facility

and an MPUD master plan unit development located on the campus of the Angeline Academy of Innovation. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions as included in your agenda. Yeah.

GreyChair

Mm-hmm. All right. Is uh applicate applicant present? Okay. Uh is there anyone here to object?

I I don't see anyone here too. And

Denise

for the record, no one on WebEx.

GreyChair

Okay. Would you is there anything you'd like to say? Or any questions we have from up here?

Christopher Poole

I I've got one question for Richard. Uh not in opposition to the project at all, but do I don't need to pull it either. This is more of a logistical question. So Do you want me to ask it now or Yeah. Okay. So this one's on Angeline campus. I I'm fully in favor for it. It's on that goes there. I know how bad the cell service is there. So I'm fully in f but it's at the end of the bus loop. So correct?

School District Representative

It's on the east northeastern side of the park property.

Christopher Poole

So it's at the end of the yeah, uh and the bus loop there. So logistically from a security perspective All the contractors are they're Jessica Lundford? Yeah. Cer okay. And is there certain times that they access that, they're limited to access that.

School District Representative

I I'm not sure if it's in conditions of approval but I would think normal business hours unless there's an emergency and they gotta get out there but normally it is. And usually they don't even have to go out you know, they don't really go out there much unless something's wrong with it.

Christopher Poole

Okay. Yeah, normal business average is gonna be kind of potential bus loop. That's that's what I'm thinking. So just again, I'm fully in favor of for it. I just had those quick questions. Yeah, kind of answers from the applicant.

School District Representative

A lot of times what they do too is they'll You know, we know the school hours. Right. So they might come like an hour after uh school starts. They check in at the front. They get uh Called Raptored. They run their uh driver's license through a system and then they get a badge and they're good to go.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

School District Representative

Yeah.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Uh good afternoon. Alan Ruiz with Vertex Development. Uh generally speaking we're

GreyChair

address and I need to you have been sworn, right? Yes sir. Okay, thank you.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Uh my address is thirty six thirty West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, three three six zero nine. And generally speaking, we will reach out prior to the start of construction and have a pre-construction meeting with the principal of the school as well as the maintenance folks. and we'll coordinate with them. on a daily s daily basis what s uh activities are scheduled for those days and the the principal of the school generally will tell us when they would like us to not be there or how they would like our access handled during construction. Uh specifically with the

case on uh the foundation and with tower erection we do that when no one's there and no no no students are present.

Christopher Poole

Have it ongoing maintenance kinda accessing the the is that off hours or

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Uh generally speaking, uh the for example, once the tower is built and let's say Verizon's on there and they need to send a technician out to the site, it will be a Jessica Lunsford badge maintenance technician, uh but that would generally happen during regular business hours.

GreyChair

Okay.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay, thank you.

GreyChair

Okay, thank you very much.

Okay, uh no other questions. Uh we have a motion.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Motion to approve. One second.

GreyChair

Motion and second. Further discussion? All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign.
