Good afternoon, Commissioner. Jeffrey McKittrick with Community Development Assistant Director. And I'm back to request approval of an ordinance that revises our Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to come in line with current state statute. Uh at present we are With eleven members on our committee. State law has allowed now eight to eleven. And so we would like to go to that. And you will appoint these members with by resolution. We should be bringing

that back in a month. and the committee will meet biannually and submit a report to you. Currently the ordinance is a triannual report, but state law now requires that a report be submitted every year from the advisory board. And so basically you just look at incentives that could be used for affordable housing. It is just an advisory recommendation committee. And that is all. Um We're going to request approval and then appoint

members and they will begin meeting. in late March and hopefully have a report to you by June of this year. And we've request approval with uh any other questions?

OakleyChair
