rezoning requests from AC Agricultural R1, MH Single Family Mobile Home, and C2 General Commercial Districts to an MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow for the development of 190,000 square feet of retail commercial, 3 million square feet of light industrial, 500,000 square Square feet of office, a two hundred and fifty room hotel Or 250 rooms of hotel, 1,550 square feet multifamily apartments, 150 townhomes, 600 single-family

homes, 27 single-family estate homes, and associated infrastructure on approximately 785 acres. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions from the Planning Commission and the Planning and Economic Growth Department. Yeah.
