Good afternoon, Heather Wolf, Real Property Division. The Real Property team has received a petition to vacate a portion of platted, undeveloped, and unmaintained right-of-way along Sunset Lane as submitted by Jason and Sarah Baker.
The purpose of this vacation is to unify the petitioners' parcels which Include All of the parcels to the north and the south of the segment of Sunset Lane, which the petitioners seek to vacate. As a condition of devo of approval, the petitioner will grant Wiklacuche River Electric a replacement easement. There were no objections to this approval and team There were no objections to this petition and the team recommends approval.
