we're gonna talk about libraries. Yes, sir. Morning or good afternoon, Commissioner. Sean McGarvey, Library's Director. Uh this is a revision to our library's internet use and safety policy. The state of Florida has recently made a change to the policy where one line has to be added. If you are all asking yourselves why am I up here for one sentence added to a slide? That is because the federal e-rate. Program which reimburses the amount that we spend
on the internet cost to provide public services internet requires a publicly noticed meeting and a vote on the actual policy. What we have changed to the policy is adding the state's banned applications list. Those are in, so this put brings us into compliance with new state ordinances and guidelines and that is the entirety of my presentation.
