PC eight we'll go quickly. Um, PEG twenty four-seven eight zero six, the zoning memment in Lakeshore Boulevard LLC. It's a rezoning from PO two professional office and MF two multifamily high density district to C One Neighborhood Commercial District. The future land use is ROR, and again the applicant is requesting to rezone to C1 so they can apply and go through the process of a special exception for an RV and boat storage and comply with C1 standards

and 1105 standards. It's on the west side of Lakeshore Boulevard, approximately 233 feet southwest of 5A Road. Subject site is located in the Westmarket area and urban service area. Here is our aerial views once again. Zoomed in.

Surrounding Peter Land juice.

Surrounding zoning.

Subject site consists of a one-story concrete building that was formerly used as a notary and fingerprinting service. And access is through Lakeshore Boulevard. The nearest trail segment is by the trail, which is about 260 feet northeast of the subject property. And this is coming with a recommendation for approval.
