To move on to item PC seven. That's PEG 247807. It's a special exception for Lakeshore Boulevard LLC for a freestanding commercial and recreation recreational vehicle and boat storage facility in the C1 district. This is a companion item to item PC eight where they're asking for the rezoning to be um C1. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions. Which include, of course, that it would not take effect until such time as the zoning is approved. And also there's

a limitation on the number of years that it can it will have that special exception and allowing the applicant to re-apply for it at least 90 days prior to the expiration. And it comes through with a recommendation of approval and with conditions. as included in your agenda packet. And then also one of the conditions does also include the um Live Local Act condition.

GreyChair

Okay. Is there is the applicant present? Okay. Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present.

GreyChair

Okay. We're gonna pull that one then? Okay, pull.

Denise

Hmm. Will you be pulling PC eight which is the companion?

GreyChair

Uh yes, I supp I assume you're both

Denise

that way.

Okay, so PEG uh twenty four seven eight zero six Lakeshore Boulevard L L C, which is a rezoning from P O two and M F two to C one, um that one is also being pulled.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Denise

Okay, thank you. Um following item is PC nine and that is PEG twenty four seventy eight zero zero. It's a zoning amendment. Pasco window and door plus more LLC. It's for a change in zoning from an R One M H single family mobile home district and C two General Commercial District to a C two General Commercial District with a voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction that limits the Uses to those uses allowed within the C2 district, which is also known as the Live Local Act deed restriction, comes to you with a recommendation

of approval.

GreyChair

Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present.

GreyChair

Is anyone here to object?

Okay, I see no objections.

Denise

Do you want me to move on to PC twelve so that you can vote on the items together, excluding Mr. Pool?

GreyChair

Uh we'll leave ten and eleven out, right? Yes

Denise

sir.

GreyChair

Is that what you're saying?

Denise

Yes.

GreyChair

Yeah.

Denise

Would you like that?

GreyChair

We're gonna have to still have to vote on them, but you want us to vote on them separately, yeah.

Denise

Okay.

GreyChair

Okay.

Denise

Right, so I'm gonna move on to item PC twelve.

GreyChair

Mm-hmm.

Denise

And that's PEG twenty-four seven eight one five. It's four eight zero two SE one oh two place, L L C Metrolando Lakes Boulevard. This is for a change in zoning from an AR agricultural residential district to a C2 General Commercial District with voluntarily agreed upon deed restrictions that are listed in your findings of fact number two. And those deed restrictions are as a result of

conversations with the District School Board of Pasco. Am I looking at the right? One district school board of Pasco County, where that access to this property or this property is adjacent to the Pasco High School and also the district school board offices for the school district. So basically, they have specifically asked that certain uses be prohibited, and those are limit listed in your findings of fact number. 2B. Additionally, the school

board asks that access be prohibited through Gator Lane. This parcel does have access to Land O' Lakes Boulevard. So it comes to you with a recommendation of approval with approval of the zoning action with the deed restrictions, voluntarily agreed upon deed restrictions listed. And of course, it does also include the Live Local Act deed restriction. And the applicant is virtually present.

GreyChair

Okay. Anyone here to object?

Sorry, did you raise your hand? No. You scratched your nose.

Denise

Item PC 13 is being pulled. There is someone here who would like to speak on that item.

Thirteen's

GreyChair

being pulled, okay.

Denise

Yes, sir. Yes, Mr. Chairman And in P C fourteen, um, Mr. Poole is uh you know, we're gonna move on to P C fifteen. PC fifteen is PEG twenty four two one zero seven. It is gonna be pulled? Okay. Alright. Okay, so that is your consent agenda where Mr. Poole will not be w where Mr. Poole will be voting on the items.

Connected City

Well not be.

GreyChair

Okay. So most

Connected City

of

the things that we're doing.

No,

GreyChair

it's called you're pulling fourteen. So let's go through the ones that are still on consent. Oh I thought you were pulling fourteen, okay.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Motion to approve PC nine and PC twelve on a consent agenda. Second.

GreyChair

Okay, we have a motion and a second and further. PC

Denise
