This is the 2024 interlocal agreement between Pasco County and the city of Zephyrhills to address transportation capacity impacts and the establishment of joint projects. Similarly, Section 3 was updated to delete the mandate or the requirement for uh holding impact fee in a separate impact fee account. And then that that was in the agreement language, and then exhibit A for joint projects. The city projects have

been added to the list. So we have for Pritty Pond Road and Wire Road, the city allocation of 1.5 million, Greenslope Drive and Doherty Road, the city allocation for $300,000, US 301 and Daugherty Road, the city allocation. Allocation for $900,000. Island Boulevard and Fort King Road, the city allocation for $900,000. County Road 54 and Wire Road, 12th Street, the city allocation for $300,000. US 301 and Geiger, the city allocation for

a million dollars. Fifth Avenue, State Road 54 and Court Street, the city allocation for $30,000. State Road 39 in Chansey. the city allocation for one point three million and Copeland Drive and Chansey Road, the city allocation for fifty thousand. These are all various projects that are outlined on the on the sheet as well on the exhibit eight.
