Um this will be transmitting the item to Florida Commerce. The amendment would be to Chapter 2 of the future land use element, appendix section flu A6, the official land use map, and Chapter 6, the housing element, the glossary, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for

internal consistency. There is a presentation, if so desired.

It's to design permit and construct globally widening in exchange for cash reimbursements in West Pasco on Starkey Boulevard from south of Marshall Drive to north of Fanning Springs Drive North. This comes with a recommendation to approve the development agreement.

Um this was an industrial piece of property that or a piece that I thought would be great for the use. Um it came up that the uh concern about Hudson Waterworks and the water supply. So for that reason, uh I want to thank the applicant, uh Terry. uh David Allen, the whole team as far as putting together, doing a study, doing it right, so that we now as we m make our next steps,

uh we know we're gonna protect the people from Hudson Hudson Water supply. And I think the gentleman from Hudson Water w would like to speak so. I just want to give him the opportunity we drove all the way over here, so give him the opportunity to say a few words.
