Is there is there anyone else who wishes to speak to the board? Okay, um we will move on to the poll list. I have C three withdrawn, C eighteen withdrawn, and Commissioner Weightman has polled for discussion C28. I'll take a motion for the consent agenda.

Seth WeightmanSecond Vice Chair

Oh moved.

Ron Oakley

Second.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

All in favor? Aye. Um we will take up C twenty eight.

Ron Oakley

C twenty eight. I just want to pull C twenty eight. Just to recognize the work of the county's Elamp program and working with landowners. And this is six hundred and sixty-nine acres in southeast Pasco. Surrounded by Swift Mud Land down there in the Crystal Springs area. Um it's owned by the the Alston family who's been around Pasco County for a long time. So just grateful to any landowner that's willing to take uh uh a price decrease on their property in Willing to put it in conservation to help us keep green

space and Outdoor recreational opportunities for our county. So I just want to recognize that with everything that we hear on the the opposite end of the spectrum that we are working towards it and with that I move approval.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

Um is there a second? I have discussion. Um I looked at the map and I don't know if it would take too long for you to put the map up, but what a great acquisition. Because it can it looks like I can't really tell what's south of it, but looks like it's connecting kind of the Green Key swamp area to some big property below.

Keith

Correct, Commissioner. So uh Keith Wiley, Director of Parks Recreation, Natural Resources Department, that actually is connecting one of the uh ecological planning units that connect the core systems within the county and actually out of county to the south. So yeah, it's it's an amazing thing.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

And last last board meeting we um bought the uh property on Trouble Creek. by the Eagle Point Park. Сау. Great job. I keep bringing us more.

Keith

Absolutely. Thank you.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

And we need to make sure we're sharing these successes uh out in the public so they know What good work their penny is doing. Okay, so now we are on to the R's. No, you need to motion on the All in favor? Aye. Aye. Aye. Yes.

So that motion was on the entire consent agenda, including 28, correct? 28 was separate. No, we had
