Does anyone wish uh for presentation to take it off consent? Leave it on? Okay. Is there anyone here to speak against this item that is on the consent agenda?
Seeing no one will leave on consent. P sixty-three, sixty-two, sixty-two, sixty-two.
Yeah, advertised in the Tampa Bay Times March fifth, twenty twenty five, and by affidavit, certified mailings, and site postings.
Uh really quick, just a note for the uh HCA item. There was an ex parte, there were a few ex parte submitted to the clerk's office on that item.
For P sixty one.
For P sixty one, that's right.
Thank you.
And also uh while we're on ex parte for P sixty two, as well as the uh Sun City MPUD, which I believe is the next item, um, those also had ex parte that were submitted to the clerk's office as well.
Um item P sixty two, PD twenty-five seven eight uh two zero is a zoning amendment. Well, in the name of Suncoast Village MPUD by the Hlavic Family Trust, which is a rezoning request from AC Agricultural District to MPD Master Planning Unit Development District to allow for the development of 144 platted townhomes and associated infrastructure on approximately 19.3 acres. from the Planning Commission and from the Planning Development and Economic Growth Department to approve the MPUV. Uh as noted, one thing to add Uh there are communications from F D O T. Uh that we wanted to include on the record stating that the
that
right of way from the south side of County Line Road is not needed as they plan for their future widening of County Lane Road.
Madam Chair? Yes. Terry, do you have the language in there? Is that s not gonna be there? that prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy within the project, developers shall pay the county the summer of fifty thousand dollars which may be used by the county towards sidewalk improvements on Shady Hills Road. This payment shall not be mobility fee credible. Developers should not be required to construct a sidewalk along along the project project's County Line Road frontage, which you just spoke of.
Yes, I have that language.
So that language is in there with the fifty thousand dollar donation.
Uh we will update the documents right after the meeting to include that, but that's to be included as part of this.
Well, um along those lines I had a question because there should be a multi use path on one side of Shady Hills, So we're gonna discuss it,
it's
own
consent.
Yeah. Madam Chair?
Yes.
So I was gonna have if he didn't have that language, I was gonna pull sixty-two and sixty-three, so those last two consent items. So if you want to get a presentation on both.
Yeah. 'Cause I I had there were some changes that I think were made at my request and maybe you want to hear them. I kinda would like you to hear them. So let's pull six sixty two and sixty three off consent. And um I'll take a motion for the consent agenda.
So moved. Second.
All in favor? Aye. Okay. P sixty two.
