1:52:02Thank you. C21 I just pulled when it deals with our our surplus lands and how we manage that program and selling county taxpayer owned property for a buck. This this is an example where we put a bid out at $1,375 and then went the bid to the street and we got a bid offer for $4,000. So it just shows that we can surplus property in a proper bid form and make a positive revenue
