No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Jon Moody

The only item that we have on consent today is PC 12. It's PDE 267899 zoning amendment in the name of Daniel D. Pascal and Kevin Singletary slash Massachusetts Avenue to allow for a change in zoning from C1, Neighborhood Commercial District, to C2, General Commercial District, on approximately 1.03 acres located in West Pasco County at the southwest corner of the intersection. Of Massachusetts Avenue and Keena Street. And this is coming with the recommendation of approval to the Board of County Commissioners

of the requested zoning amendment.

Charles GreyChair

All right. Is the applicant present? Anyone here to object?

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Mr. Chair, just one quick question. Yes. Um we don't have a proof of publication in our packet for this one. Did we get one to the clerk?

Jon Moody

I believe that was just sent to the clerk's office.

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Can the clerk confirm they've got a proof on this one? Okay, thank you.

Charles GreyChair

All right. Don't see any objection.

So we only have one item on consent. Do I hear a motion?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Motion nope. Continue.

Connected City

Yeah.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Motion to approve the consent.

Connected City

I'll second.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, we have a motion to continue the consent.

That's right. All in favor, signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed, like signed. Okay.
