1:25:16Um I just want to thank the staff. For working we've been working on this a long time, but we're we're really happy to see some property being bought along the Enclope River. This is some property that surrounds uh Mr. Blackwell's home. And um when John Gallagher was county administrator, he and I went looking along the Anclote River to find a place where our people could launch a kayak or canoe

1:25:46into the Anklet River. And We never really found a suitable place, like maybe at the bridge at Green Ranch Road. But I think Barrett and Keith were on our field trip and we're just very glad that this is going through. It'll be a great benefit. to the community. So with that I recommend approval.

1:26:10Yep. So same thing, just we can't just want to celebrate this item and and really sh share how grateful we are to the landowner.

1:26:21Protect these properties from development. And as a as a practice, I always pull these items to just say thank you to the landowner. They're often the unsung heroes in providing the opportunity for us to acquire these properties, which they could probably sell for a lot more money on the open market. So it's really worth noting that this is a legacy for those folks who decide to sell their property for for conservation and so we're very proud and

1:26:51grateful for any property owners who do this. So very grateful for uh the Black Wells and and their interest um in preserving some beautiful places on the Anclo River. And um so this is a good news story. So thank you team for Keith for working through these and um Just good stuff.
