A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION WITHIN THE PASCO COUNTY MUNICIPAL FIRE SERVICE UNIT UNINCORPORATED AREAS WITHIN THE AREA GENERALLY KNOWN AS BEXLEY NORTH AND SOUTH GENERALLY LOCATED AT PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 7, 16, 17, 18 AND 19 OF TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF STATE ROAD 54 AND EAST OF THE SUNCOAST PARKWAY AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" OF THIS RESOLUTION, AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE SAID PROPERTY BENEFITED BY THE SERVICE AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PASCO COUNTY ORDINANCES.
