What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

approval. I got motion to second. All in favor? Aye. Aye. All opposed to sign Mr. Pasco.

Keith

C thirty seven, Mr. Wiley. Good morning, Keith Wiley, Director of Parks, Recreation, Natural Resources. C37 was amended to correct the funding account. Recommend approval.

Jack Mariano

Mr. Chairman, discussion?

Keith

Yes, sir.

Jack Mariano

Uh Keith, on this side I'm glad to see you moving it forward. We've put an application in with DEP about Um Taking back the permitting part of dredging. Right. I think this is one of those channels that are probably in there. So I'm good to go through with the work, but you got a couple of things in there that maybe go into DEP or Army Corps of Engineers. I don't think it'll happen within thirty days anyway.

Keith

Right.

Jack Mariano

But we need to make sure we don't have them take those steps that'll make us go through more permitting than we need to. you know, keep this cost the same. We could actually end up looking driving this cost way down from that permitting product and any mitigation that might have to be done. I understand. So you might even be able to get to a five foot depth instead of a four foot depth. So I know the studies you gotta go do, that's fine. But just be careful not to take any steps it's gonna burden us where we don't need to go.

Keith

We have time. Thank thank you. Thank you. So move approval.
