Good morning, Commissioner. Public Works. On July 14, 2020, the BCC requested that Public Works bring this project to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration as a board-initiated project. Next slide please. This is the Orchid Lake Villages Pivas. There are 53 roads involved. There are 900 lots and over 956 ERUs. The estimated project cost is $3.6 million,
and the maximum cost for ERU is $3,700. Um the discounts amount is six hundred and seventy-four thousand dollars and the maximum cost after the discount is just over three thousand dollars, three thousand and sixty-nine dollars. Next please.
Uh that's the extent of the project in red or pink. And um we're asking for your directive as to whether or not to proceed Well this is a BCC approved
