The board has chosen to hold its meetings with a quorum physically present, utilizing communications media technology for the public and team members to participate. A detailed notice indicating the board's intent to conduct a hybrid virtual meeting has been posted on the board's website. On september twenty fifth, twenty twenty, the governor issued
Executive Order twenty-two forty four, moving the state into phase three of the governor's Safe, Smart, and Step by Step Order.
