Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, roll call
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

What was said
Machine transcription of 4m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 100% of 27 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.

We have no minutes today. Um so before we forget, anybody who plans to speak today or give testimony, would you please stand and be sworn now?
You could raise your right hand. Do you swear or affirm the testimony you're about to give is a true so happy God? Thank you.
Thank you very much.
All right. I'd like to welcome everybody then. This is the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the County Commission and we meet Twice monthly. We serve as a local planning agency. And we hold public hearing to transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on the comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments. uh rezoning and con and conditional use requests. The Plan Commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests.
However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners.
If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, land development code amendment.
uh rezoning or conditional use or any item where the planning commission transmits or or transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it's important for you to attend the appropriate County Commission meeting. For those of you not familiar with the format of the meeting, we have three sections, continuances, consent, and regular items and uh It's uh been our uh custom to approve continuance requests from the staff or the applicant. unless there are unusual circumstances. And
can we go through the consent items, however many they are, one at a time. If there's something on consent that anybody in the audience would like to have heard. Raise your hand, we'll pull it from consent and put it on the regular items, which is the third item. So Applicants will have three minutes to make their presentations. And concerned citizens will have three minutes to state their concerns. Following that, the applicant will have five minutes to respond to the questions.
Uh if there's been a request in writing at least 24 hours prior to this meeting for additional time, yeah, that additional time may be from time to time granted. Um and I don't think we have any. Is that right, Didney?
No request for additional time. Thank you, Mr. Chairman
