So um Uh but um it's very important for you to know who appointed you. And I and that was in the email. So Commissioner Oakley appointed Chuck Gray. Commissioner Moore appointed
Peter Hansel, Commissioner Starkey appointed Jamie Girardi, Commissioner Fitzpatrick appointed Don Anderson, and Commissioner Mariano appointed Roberto Saez, with Chris Poole as the as the at-large member. So what that means is that your term would run concurrently with the term of the commissioner who appointed you. With Mr. Poole. Your term will begin again, begin again. I know it's just really weird. I think that there's some
song called that or something. Next planning commission on the 17th, and it will be a four-year term. So
So So if uh just a question. So if a commissioner appoints one of them and then they're up for reelection, they get reelected, do they then have to reappoint the Planning

Um I think they would stay on the planning commission until that Planning Commission member chooses to I mean to the board member decides to replace them.

I mean the only thing else I would add is there's nothing that I can legally think of that would require to reswear in Um, but if you all felt like and you've all sworn in once we already If you want to do that for ceremonial reasons, we can arrange it. But that's really up to you all. Um We have to dress up.

Up to it's up to you all. I mean I only if you're in the picture. You've already sworn to uphold the constitution and everything else. So and you didn't unswear. That's true. So I guess I think you're all
bound by what you swore in the first time. I think some of them were doing this to swear.
But if you wanted to swear in again for ceremony reasons, I don't have an objection. It's up to you. We have to wear a time, not for
the only other thing I would mention is that your rules. Do not require you to sort of reorganize and D elect a new chair or vice chair every year. The board does do that every year, but you don't necessarily have to. That's really up to the Planning Commission about whether you wanted to reorganize yourself at any point. Um If you're happy with the status quo, you can leave the status quo. Um, I'm just letting you know that the board does it yearly, but you don't necessarily have to do that.
