Um that kind of is giving them the burden to get rid of this stuff. 1:27:11Um uh April twelfth, just wanna let everyone know we've got a ribbon cutting out at Sunwest Park. Um we're gonna be celebrating the new trail that's paved. Uh right now, part of it's done. Around the major lake, and the second part should be done this week. Uh we're gonna do that at 10 a.m. There's gonna be the first 5K run. They had done a turtle trot uh somewhere else and Uh they've decided to move over to here. I think there's a huge opportunity for the county for all our charities and all the thing all the people want to raise money to do five

1:27:41K runs. I could see us doing at least two a weekend. Um all the way through the year and then summertime you can probably even add a few more uh to get people out there.

1:27:50You're gonna be in great shape.

1:27:52Might be. And uh good news we're also setting up the Sculpfest again. Um last year we had to run four day four weekends. Uh and it was like two day weekends, but this year we're gonna shorten the term up to just three weekends, but they're gonna include Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Uh we've got some great music scheduled again and we'll have a a bit more fr family friend friendly and we will be kicking off with a five K run as we start out. So Uh if you can make plans if we want to be around there, it should be a great time. Um Next

1:28:23thing I want to talk about uh this morning Uh we had uh Pastor Troy talking about doing prayer. Um wanted to bring it up with the what the thoughts of the board were. Um I know we've had the county attorney look at it and probably has some options for us to do it, but is there a will to go forward to have prayer done other than the way we've been doing it?

1:28:42I'm for being redone.

1:28:45I think the administrator was going to bring back Up pro uh A proposal at the next meet at the next meeting there was a full board. I think the reason it didn't come back today because you you only had five or four.

1:28:59Okay, good. I d wasn't sure where it was, but just being it brought up I wanted to move it forward because I thought there was support for it. So Very good. And do we have pictures of the uh fire station, Ribbon County? Commissioner Yeager and I were both attended that. It was

1:29:13it was a little chilly that day.

1:29:15A little bit a little bit chilly. At this point had the doors were closed so it was a little bit more tolerable. But uh I tell you it was

1:29:24Yeah. If you ever get a chance to go see a fire station, this would be one I recommend you go see. They have taken all the things from the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department, the first one in Pasco County, which helped grow around the county, and they took so many memorabilia, pictures uh things that were out there and just put 'em into the display. Uh J phenomenal phenomenal group putting everything together. I mean what you guys did brought this whole community out there. I mean s that's the biggest ribbon cutting I've seen uh for any any

1:29:54station and almost almost everything I've done, even from park openings, et cetera. Uh the families were super appreciative. Some of those old time firefighters, there's one right there, uh were all out there having a good time, uh celebrating what was going on. And I think um you know this Commission should be very, very proud of between this station and all that we've done for all the all the f all the uh protection of our citizens every step of the way. Um uh so it's just like it was like I said, just a great day. This is uh the fire station

1:30:24we actually did some bricklaying which uh they had to fix my brick but I think the rest were in pretty good shape. But uh all in all, just uh just a great day.

1:30:35And um I just want to give one thought as we look at uh things with development coming in. Um You heard Pastor Jen talking about shady hills and the road and all the development of a kind of line road. Ripper construction's been great helping us with the running the taking care of the utility issue down there. We still have some issues going in and around. Uh that was a nice little st stoplight sign that was that was put in. Uh we have mo m more requests for those later as well. They were very very well received.

1:31:09Okay. So so back to development. Uh as we look I I wanna uh I I don't want to see development let's say not going forward, but I want to make sure that we work real closest with these developers as best we can. Even if they don't have to do something, but to tr us to take a look at How is this going to affect everybody around it? Um between development coming in Um helping with the transportation and I'm going to tell you in my area we've got a couple of developments coming in that it's going to

1:31:39be really looking at Um what's going to go on in that area and I know we have the general area how we fund everything and Nick Juren will be talking about it later on and and I'm talking with him about it. But for the simple formula that he's got how he wants to set these roads up, where they're gonna come in. I'm gonna tell you I think we need to maybe modify how we actually look at things because if you got some developments that could be good for the community. But it's not going to cover all the way. I think that's a good thing. as we did up at the Denton project in Hudson that didn't come forward. but allocating
