56:50uh remarkable me and a very warm gathering. Once I saw that I felt like I was right in Dade City 'cause uh the presence of WREC is so much in the East Pasco County. So But it was it was a great thing that day. This a milestone for Uh Pasco uh housing authority to be building houses for veterans, affordable housing for veterans. Um Then I went uh the week before I went to the fiftieth anniversary celebration of area. Agency

57:21on aging. Um that was Here on uh June seventh. And it was a What was this? The hell of Hell Senior Activity Centers where it was held. So but very very good program, very good. Uh Oh, you can see some pictures. Gus was there, of course. And uh but they do a great job for our seniors and we need to be very thankful for uh you know, the opportunity

57:52to work and help as many seniors as they've I think they came up with a number since they've been in existence in the fifty years, a million and seven thousand seniors that we've helped in Pasco County and and Pine Island County. was great for that agency. Okay, and um

58:17I'm back. Um this concerns Representative Yeager. Uh go ahead. Um so uns sadly the governor um vetoed the project that wasn't even in Representative Yeager's district. It was in Representative Steele's district, but it's Riverside Village. There are I think about fifty homes whose who when it rains, um their sidewalks turn brown. And their streets from the failed septic system that can't be fixed. So um It

58:48is FGUA territory. And um they've been trying for two years to get a um an appropriation to help fix it, but Um We need to do something and um Representative Yeager and his staff found a grant that we can apply for so I He pinged me again this morning to make sure that we are on top of that grant because it it closes very quickly. But he called up to because when the governor vetoed that appropriation he said there's five hundred million dollars set aside for projects like that. And

59:18um he wanted and so we dug into it and You told me we were on it, so I told him we were on it and we were gonna get that application in. Right? So just making sure we're on top of that. Um also um the county administrator and I met with Brian, what's his name from Swiftman? Armstrong? Brian Armstrong out at um Starkey Ranch to talk about um A couple of issues. I want to make sure that's moving forward, um, getting that gate and that easement. Um

59:50back into good public use and what it's what's happening with that g with that gate and easement now. and um also that piece of property that's out there at the preserve. that we talked about with him and with you. Um I haven't seen anything on it yet. Um then I've been asked by one of the land use attorneys if there's been movement on that. And um lastly, um, oh yeah, the and then bridge over the Anklet River that connects the northern part of the wilderness park to the southern part of the wilderness

I I would like to say that I'm gonna call them and at times they are very helpful. in getting some projects and issues uh taken care of and just lately had an issue with uh some mitigation area and and they got it settled so the Company in behind uh one Pasco Center project will move forward and uh be a big part in Pasco County right there and Seventy five and at the Northeast corner of seventy

1:01:54five and fifty two. So and that's on the move. So they're not going to be able to do that.

1:02:05Yeah. The other project that we need um to be working on was Swift Mud. is the um ability to put uh a uh sidewalk or trail through Connor Preserve um with fifty two with that sidewalk. Um By the way we we're we were successful in getting D O T to um widen and heighten The critter crossing That's but it's near the Connor

1:02:36Preserve so that we could now have a bike trail. Going under fifty two, the new part of fifty two, instead of trying to go over fifty two. Um so s so we'll have because there are plans in the county to have a trail go from I think that's your district. And Uh who has Shady Hills and Four G Ranch? That's

And now we're gonna be able to go right under fifty two instead of Trying to go over it with a pedestrian bridge or or something. Is everything okay?

1:03:37Um at the MPO meeting we did bring up the um saying this for the AKAs, not just for for all of you because you were there. Yeah, they they kind of moved fifty four and forty one out. And that it's like three or four more years. And we were not happy about that.

1:03:58um I I had talked to Senator Hooper about um about this issue and he said you put it in the five year work plan I will find the money. So um So They said that the design part of it is in the five year work plan? Not a Not much more button. We're gonna work real hard to help get that money to accelerate the fifty-four, forty-one overpass because we can't wait till the middle
