um you cannot Take action at a litigation assessment meeting. on the embassy Center LLC case we would like a motion to authorize the County Attorney's Office to counteroffer up to $100,000 payable only if the non conforming sign is removed or made conforming within one year, With sign permits issued to the tenants in the interim as discussed

in the litigation assessment meeting. So I'd entertain a motion.
